7. If our courseware is a good fit, would you be willing to use this in the spring? *This question is required.
8. Have you already submitted a book order for this course for the spring?  *This question is required.
If so, are you willing and able to change that order if this proves to be a good fit? *This question is required.
9. Does your school have any current initiatives around lowering student textbook costs? *This question is required.
10. In order to receive the honorarium at the end of the pilot, you must have full control over your selection of course materials, be teaching in the spring with a current assignment, and be able to change your order in the event that you have already submitted an order. You must also use this course in place of your existing materials and submit a thoughtful survey at the completion of the pilot.
